Smokehouse Nachos

Ingredients
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 lbs pulled pork
  • 1 cup smoked cheddar cheese—shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese—shredded
  • 1 can ranch-style beans—drained
  • 1 cup fried onion straws
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Directions

Preheat the broiler to high.

Place the tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate or a sheet tray. Top the chips with the pulled pork, followed by the cheese and the beans. Place the nachos under the broiler until the cheese melts and slightly browns. Remove from the oven and top with the onion straws, sour cream and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
