Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/16 cup chipotle peppers, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 quart beef stock
Directions
Add ingredients to bottom of roasting pan after cooking pork. Deglaze the pan. Slice meat into 5-ounce portions and serve with sauce.
