Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 2 whole red pepper—roasted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 tortilla
Directions

Puree all of the ingredients and serve.

GARNISH
Cut out a thin strip of tortilla and wrap it around some aluminum foil, deep fry the tortilla and collapse the foil to reveal the twist.
