Mustard Dressing

Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt—to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper—to taste
  • 6 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions

Whisk the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil to form a smooth dressing.
