Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Kosher salt—to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper—to taste
- 6 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Whisk the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil to form a smooth dressing.
