Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the raw bacon crossways into 3 pieces. Wrap each duck piece with 1/3 of a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Deep-fry the rumaki until 3/4 of the way done. Drain the rumaki well and lay out on a sheet pan. Pour the honey and the BBQ sauce over the rumaki, coating well. Place the rumaki in the oven until the rumaki have a nice glaze (3-4 minutes).
