Float Bar

An easy way to provide desserts for a crowd is to have guests serve themselves at a “Float Bar.” Set out a few flavors of ice cream, and a variety of 2-liter bottles of soda. Don’t forget to spread out some Chinet® tablecovers. This is one buffet that can get sticky.
