1 cup fresh blueberries, plus extra for garnish
4 ounces clear rum
10 fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons sugar
2 limes, juiced
6 ounces club soda
Puree blueberries in a blender, then set aside. Combine mint leaves and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
Pour in squeezed lime juice, rum and pureed blueberries. Then shake and set aside.
Pour mixture from the cocktail shaker over ice in Chinet® Cut Crystal® stemless wine glasses and add club soda.
Garnish with a lime wedge, blueberries and mint leaves.
