Blueberry Pineapple Salsa

This easy, refreshing summer salsa is perfect with chips or on your favorite tacos.

2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup blueberries
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
2 tbsp. cilantro, minced
2 tbsp. red onion, minced
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
¼ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground cumin
1 Lime, squeezed


1. Chop and prepare all ingredients.

2. Then, combine in a large mixing bowl and toss together.

3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and more lime juice as desired.

4. Chill or serve immediately in a Chinet® Chip & Dip Party Tray with tortilla chips or use a topping for grilled pork chops, chicken or fish.
