Christmas Morning Casserole

An easy, filling recipe that takes minutes to prepare, giving you more time to spend with friends and family. You can even prepare the night before and be oven-ready in the morning.

1 can buttermilk biscuits
1 package pre-cooked sausage crumbles
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and line with biscuit dough, firmly pressing to seal.
  3. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the biscuit dough.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until combined. Pour over sausage and cheese.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
