Cranberry Jalapeno Dip on Crackers on Clear Chinet Plate

Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

A spicy yet creamy appetizer that pairs perfectly with crackers or veggies.

12 oz fresh, uncooked cranberries

¼ cup green onion

1-2 fresh jalapeño peppers

2 Tbsp cilantro

1 cup sugar

1 Tbsp lemon Juice

16 oz cream cheese (whipped)



  1. Hand-chop cranberries, green onion, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped cranberries, green onion, jalapeños, cilantro, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir gently until blended.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Whip softened cream cheese with hand mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes) and spread cream cheese over bottom of a pie plate or 9x9 dish.
  5. Pour cranberry mixture over cream cheese and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  6. Use a spoon to spread over crackers and enjoy!
