Dill Pickle Chip Dip

This savory dip pairs perfectly with potato chips and will be a big hit at your next BBQ. Serve in cups to make dipping easier for guests.

1 cup sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. minced chives
¼ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. dill, finely chopped
5 medium dill pickles, chopped


1. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.

2. Stir in the chives, salt, parsley, dill, and pickles.

3. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables.
