Easy Pork Tacos

Summer is here, which means festival food is back. Avoid the people and skip the long lines by making these Easy Pork Tacos at home.  


Pulled Pork 

  • 2 lbs. precooked, unseasoned pulled pork  
  • 1 package coleslaw  
  • Slaw dressing  
  • 1 bag crispy onion straws  
  • 3 large avocados  
  • 12 – 18 flour tortillas (large taco size)   

Sweet Chili Aioli  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise  
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard  
  • ½ bottle sweet chili sauce  
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  1. Cook pulled pork according to package instructions.  
  2. Make coleslaw using package mix and slaw dressing.  
  3. Prepare sweet chili aioli by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet chili sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.  
  4. If desired, warm tortillas by wrapping in a wet paper towel and microwaving for 30 seconds.  
  5. Serve buffet style. To craft the tacos, spoon pulled pork onto each tortilla and top with sweet chili aioli, coleslaw, crispy onion straws, and sliced avocado.
