1 Bag Frozen Edamame in the pods, cooked or fresh
Sesame Oil Lime Ponzu (citrus flavored soy sauce found in the Asian section)
Soy Sauce
1-2 limes
Coarse Sea Salt
Start with the edamame, cooked. Coat the bottom of a pan with sesame oil and add edamame. Char to your liking. Splash the lime flavored ponzu into the pan generously.
Squeeze the fresh lime juice into the pan; add soy sauce to taste.
Plate cooked edamame and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
