4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup ground almond flour/meal
1 cup gluten free oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, and cinnamon and set aside. In another bowl, melt butter and coconut oil. Add oats, almond flour, sugar, and cinnamon and mix until combined and crumbly.
Put apples in the bottom of your dish and cover with topping. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are cooked and topping has browned. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
