Peach & Basil Flatbread

Summery fruits like peaches make the perfect addition to your dinner routine. Give this Peach & Basil Flatbread a try tonight! 


2 pieces of flatbread
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 peach, thinly sliced
4 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
Basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar


Place the flatbread on a foil-rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Add slices of mozzarella to the flatbread and place sliced peaches in a circle between the mozzarella pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is brown and bubbly. Sprinkle basil leaves on top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Cut and serve immediately on Chinet® Classic White™ square dinner plates.
