4 cups water
6 Tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup mint leaves, plus whole sprigs for garnish
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups chilled pomegranate juice Ice
Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat with the sugar and mint leaves, stirring, just until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and pomegranate juice. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnished with a sprig of mint.
