2 Bosc pears
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Fresh cherries, berries or cranberries
Feta cheese, crumbled
Peel pears and cut in half. Scoop out middle with spoon.
Brush with lemon juice and lay halves face up in baking pan.
Add berries, cherries, pecans and cheese in scooped area. Drizzle with honey and bake at 350 degrees F until tender.
