Taco Soup with Avocado, Cilantro, Cheese, and Jalapenos

Taco Soup

A quick, hearty soup with Mexican flair. Perfect for those chilly days with not a taco truck in sight.
Ingredients

3 cans of beans (we recommend mixing red and black beans)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of ranch dressing
1 32 oz. container of chicken broth
2 cups cooked ground beef

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. You can also cook on low for 8 hours if you're going to be gone all day.
