Blueberry Mojito Cocktail


Can you believe the 4th of July is already this weekend? Get your patriotic party on with this fun, festive cocktail. 


  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, plus extra for garnish
  • 4 ounces clear rum
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 limes, juiced 
  • 6 ounces club soda
  • ice


Puree blueberries in a blender, then set aside. Combine mint leaves and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Pour in squeezed lime juice, rum and pureed blueberries. Then shake and set aside. Pour mixture from the cocktail shaker over ice in Chinet® Cut Crystal® stemless wine glasses and add club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, blueberries and mint leaves.
