How to Make Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip
Craving gingerbread cookies, but tight on time? Not to worry—we've got you covered with this no-bake gingerbread cheesecake dip.
- 1 8-oz. Package of cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 3 T. Molasses
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
- 4 oz. Whipped cream
- 1 Package of graham crackers for serving
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in sugars and molasses, and continue beating until the mixture is smooth. Include ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined. Finally, fold in whipped cream. Transfer the dip into a Chinet® Chip & Dip Party Tray and serve with graham crackers. For a festive touch, add green and red sprinkles on top.
