Check out our tips below and help give your home an extra special touch.

Pumpkin Place Setting

Help your guests get seated in style with our pumpkin place setting. Simply follow these step-by-step instructions to bring your creation to life.

  1. Use a damp paper towel to clean the pumpkin
  2. Make sure it’s dry, then pour your favorite color of acrylic paint into Chinet® Classic White™ bowls and get ready to paint.
  3. Start at the top portion of your pumpkin and work your way down.
  4. After your pumpkin dries, print these patterns and cut out 5” x 3” name tags and write your guests names on them.
  5. Punch a hole in the nametags and tie them around the pumpkin stem with twine or yarn.

Decorative Pumpkins

This year, ditch the carving knife and give your pumpkin a fresh new look with a little paint and a lot of imagination. Here’s how:

  1. Clean your pumpkin by dampening a Chinet® Classic White™ dinner napkin.
  2. Apply a craft grade sealant to your pumpkin and let it dry.
  3. Paint your pumpkin with acrylic paint, applying a one-color coat for a solid background.
  4. Trace your design over your pumpkin and then, go over it with paint.
  5. Wait for the paint to try and then give your pumpkin an extra touch by adding any embellishments you want.

Decorative Leaf Cube

Ready for a new craft? All it takes is a quick trip around the yard and a few leaves to make your table sparkle. Follow along as we help you bring a decorative leaf cube to life.

  1. Collect your leaves, wet them and place them between heavy books for 48 hours using a paper towel to absorb the moisture.
  2. After the leaves are dry, paint them with Modge Podge (diluted Elmer's Glue) and sprinkle them with glitter.
  3. Hot glue four Chinet® Classic White™ Square dessert plates together in the shape of a cube.
  4. Attach the glittered leaves to the cube and let it stand.
