Ingredients

1 cup lime juice
2 cups mint leaves (100 mint leaves)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 and 1/4 cups white rum
20 oz. club soda
Crushed ice

Directions

Mojitos are always a favorite cocktail when entertaining. However, they can be extremely time-consuming to make for a group of people since making them involves squeezing limes, muddling mint, and measuring ingredients. The Perfect Pitcher Mojito can be made before the guests arrive! It serves 6 to 8 people, is big on the lime and mint flavor, and isn't too sweet. It's the perfect mojito - in a pitcher!

Place the lime juice, sugar, and mint into a large pitcher and muddle to combine the flavors. Add in the rum and stir, then add in the club soda. Fill with crushed ice and enjoy!
