Ingredients

Steps

  • 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • 2

Combine whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and BBQ sauce together in a large bowl. Stir until well blended. It may appear to be slightly grainy and that’s ok! It will melt together after baking.

  • 3

Stir in shredded chicken, red onion, cilantro, one cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and all the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until thoroughly combined.*

*Pro tip: For a little heat, stir in a couple tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce with the BBQ sauce.

  • 4

Transfer the dip mixture to an 8” cast iron pan or an 8×8” baking dish.

  • 5

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip and bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 F until warmed through. For a brown, bubbly, and cheesy top layer, broil for 2-3 minutes before serving.*

*Pro tip: If broiling the dip before serving, keep a very close eye on it. Broiling adds a browned, bubbly texture, but it can quickly burn.

  • 6

Sprinkle green onions and remaining cilantro on top.

  • 7

Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
