Ingredients

Steps

  • 1

Slice the cucumber into ¼”–½”-thick slices, then cut each slice in half to create cucumber half-moons.

  • 2

Place the cucumbers in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle thoroughly to release as much of their liquids as possible. (This will take around 30 seconds.)

  • 3

Tear the large basil leaves into smaller pieces, then add them to the cocktail shaker with the muddled cucumber.

  • 4

Pour fresh lime juice and agave syrup into the shaker, then fill the shaker ¾ of the way full with ice.

    • For a sweeter mocktail, reduce the lime juice quantity to 1 oz. (2 tbsp.).
    • For more cucumber flavor, blend the cucumber in a small blender rather than muddling it.
  • 5

Secure the lid and shake for about 30 seconds.

  • 6

Fill a Chinet Classic® Recycled Clear Cup with ice. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the clear cup, top with ginger beer then garnish with a cucumber slice and basil leaf.
