    Peel and chop fresh ginger.

    Set a medium saucepan over high heat and pour in water and apple cider vinegar.

    To the saucepan, add the chopped ginger, honey, cinnamon stick, lemon juice, and one squeezed lemon wedge.

    Bring this to a boil, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes before removing from heat.
