What’s better than dinner around the campfire? Loaded baked potatoes roasted on the fire! Set up a baked potato bar at your next bonfire and invite guests to dig in.

    Clean potatoes and allow them to dry completely.

    Season potatoes with salt and pepper.

    Wrap potatoes individually in foil and poke several holes with a knife or fork.

    Place potatoes on top of cooking grate but not directly over the fire.

    Turn the potatoes every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.

    Cook the potatoes for 40-50 minutes or under fork-tender.

    Remove the potatoes from the grate and cool for 10 minutes.
