Strawberry-Peach Smoothies

A fruity and creamy smoothie with a touch of cinnamon and ginger.

    Combine all ingredients in a blender.

    We love to use nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt in our smoothies, but your favorite kind will work!

    Any milk or milk alternative will work for this smoothie recipe. Please feel free to adjust the quantity to fit your taste; add more for a thinner smoothie or cut the amount in half for a thicker smoothie.

    Agave syrup is a great sweetener for smoothies, but honey or maple syrup is a great alternative.

    Blend for at least one minute or until very smooth.

    Lightly sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the tops of the smoothies and serve immediately.
