Blackberry Cheesecake Cups

Who says all desserts need to be baked? These no-bake Blackberry Cheesecake Cups add the perfect amount of sweet to any get-together.


3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 lemon, juiced
Fresh blackberries
1 cup whipped topping


Combine the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter in a small bowl and mix together until well combined. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with a hand mixer on high speed until it's light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Mix in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of blackberries, mixing until the blackberries are broken apart and their juices have colored the mixture. Fold in the whipped topping and mix until evenly combined. Spoon the graham cracker mixture into Chinet® Cut Crystal® stemless wine glasses and press the mixture down lightly with the back of a spoon. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the wine glasses and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours before serving. Top with whipped topping and fresh blackberries if desired.
