3/4 cup + 3 tbsp. hummus
1 red pepper (2 halves), diced
1 1/4 oz. (1/4 cup) crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp. minced flat-leaf parsley
Place the phyllo dough on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Once done, add 1 1/2 tsp. hummus to each bite. Divide the cucumber, red pepper, feta cheese and parsley evenly between the bites. Serve on Chinet® Cut Crystal® plates.
