Muffin Tin Mini Cherry Pies

Perfecting a pie can be a daunting task and time consuming. But with this Muffin Tin Mini Cherry Pie recipe, you and your guests can enjoy all the flavor of cherry pie without all the hassle. Pop these in the oven when dinner is served and have a delicious dessert waiting when it’s finished.


  • 2 pre-made or store-bought rolled pie crust 
  • 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling 
  • Eggs (for egg wash) 
  • Turbinado sugar 
  1. Roll out pre-made or store-bought pie crust. 

  2. Using a large cookie cutter, cut out a 4-inch circle of dough.

  3. Add to muffin tin. 
  4. Fill with about 1/4 cup of cherry pie filling (or a pie filling of your choice). 

  5. Use remaining pie crust to create a top crust. 

  6. Using a pastry brush, brush the top with an egg wash. 
  7. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar. 
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F. 
  9. Cool and serve.
