Kale-Pineapple Smoothies

Our favorite green smoothie recipe with plenty of vitamins and a touch of sweetness.

    Remove any thick stem parts from the kale and combine all ingredients in a blender.

    Tip: Agave or syrup can be used in place of the honey if needed or preferred.

    Any milk or milk alternative will work for this smoothie recipe. Please feel free to adjust the quantity to fit your taste; add more for a thinner smoothie or cut the amount in half for a thicker smoothie.

    Blend for at least one minute or until very smooth.

    Pour smoothie into one Chinet Classic® recycled clear cups or divide between two Chinet Crystal® 9 oz. cups.
