Super Simple Sugar Cookies

There’s no need to run to the grocery store for this cookie recipe. With only three simple ingredients, you’ll be able to make these cookies in pinch. Don’t have any butter? Substitute oil and adjust flour accordingly. Add vanilla or almond extract for additional flavor.
