Easy Breakfast Casserole

An easy, filling recipe that takes minutes to prepare, giving you more time to spend with family. You can even prepare the night before and be oven-ready in the morning.


1 can buttermilk biscuits
1 package pre-cooked sausage crumbles
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and line with biscuit dough, firmly pressing to seal.
  3. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the biscuit dough.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until combined. Pour over sausage and cheese.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
