Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a fun way to get creative with nutritious ingredients. This simple recipe can be whipped up for breakfast or served as part of a create-your-own smoothie bowl spread.

Filters

Ingredients
14 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 frozen banana, broken into pieces
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp.vanilla extract
honey or natural sweetener, to taste
 
For the toppings:
sliced fresh strawberries
sunflower seeds
blueberries
oats
 
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to reach desired consistency.

  2. Top with fresh fruits, seeds, nuts, etc. of your choosing.
